ReplyDeleteThis was to my surprise on the quality of bouquet that was delivered(order No-701013876) to Mrs Asha Shet on 31/03/2012.
It was my Mom’s last day at work after 36 years of service and hence I thought of ordering the best bouquet from FnP. The product description read as :
Deep Love- Bunch of 75 long red roses packed in jute packing with a nice greeting card
I had sent a similar bouquet a year ago to my wife in Pune and she was extremely delighted to have it. The quality then was outstanding.
However I regret to mention this that the quality of the order 701013876 that was delivered to my Mom in Goa on 31/03/2012 was pathetic. The bunch of roses were pakced in simple cellophane paper. THERE WAS NO JUTE PACKING. It was a simple bunch of 65 red roses that would easily be available at TRAFFIC SIGNALS not worth more than RS 200 which was delivered that day.(SEE ATTACHED PICTURE OF THE DISGUSTING BOUQUET THAT WAS SENT AS A PART OF ORDER No.701013876)
Also there was no greeting card(for which I paid Rs 75) given with the bouquet. It was a small paper put on the bouquet with our message written very shabbily.
I have felt cheated with FnP this time and promise never to deal with you until and unless I get a written apology and a complete refund for my order. The vendor who called to confirm the delivery that day was also extremely rude on the phone.
If I do not hear from you on this mail I shall put this message on Facebook ,Twitter and all social networking sites and advise my friends not to deal with you.
I hope you understand that your business is mostly on the trust you build with your customers.
